IT/Digital Inclusion

The Learning Community has been successful in securing some funding from Good Things Foundation to deliver IT/Digital Inclusion to 75 beneficiaries between 16 January and 14 July 2023.

We have created links with Rotherham Employment Solutions, Inspire Rotherham and S62 Community Groups and will deliver 6 weekly sessions covering:

Access to Learn My Way
Using Email
Online Shopping/Online Banking
Using Social Media
Online security and safety
Using the NHS Health App

Previous groups have historically been very well attended and delivered in a variety of Community Hubs, GP Surgeries, Libraries, Local Authority venues, Homeless shelters and Children’s centres to name a few.

Tablets and an Internet connection can be provided by The Learning Community for those without to ensure inclusive learning and social participation.
